Our primary focus is on the restoration & sale of fine quality vintage instruments but we also sell new guitar gear of the highest standard such as Blockhead Bogner & THD. • Packing while this may seem like an insignificant given this may be the most important element of the transaction! If that 1968 Marshall Plexi arrives in fragmented pieces it makes no difference to you how it sounded when it left here. With this in mind we try to double box & pack every piece we sell as if it’s going to be gently nudged to your door by a Brahma bull.
• Customer Satisfaction: Our # 1 commitment is to minimize any and all problems that may occur before and after the sale to the end user. After all we can’t function without you.
• Refunds/Returns: There is a 48 Hour approval period on all items. All Guitar Returns will incur a 5% restocking fee, as well as original outbound shipping cost and or Paypal fees. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping cost. Returned items must be in original, brand new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as fretware, belt buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings, or scrapes on the instrument or materials. Items must also include all original packing, manual's, warrantees and accessories or return may be subject to a return damage charge of an additional 15% fee and or rejection of return.
• Shipping Details: Most orders ship within 48 Hours of cleared payment All items are shipped via Fedex - UPS Shipping is to the contiguous United States only. Georgia sales must add 7% sales tax.
